Jesca Marisa is an animator and graphic novelist.
The commonly held belief that she's an A.I. or a fiction of the subconscious mind has been proven to be untrue. There may be some substance to the rumour that she's currently possessed by the departed spirit of a Victorian countess, which makes her excessively fond of fine tea, lacy gloves and gin and tonic. What is true though is the fact that she is currently writing a heavily illustrated fantasy novel in which the characters tend to wear (surprise) corsets and parasols.
She's also scribbling her way through her first ever comic book which will see the light of day in October 2006.
